1. Shipping cost is
calculated based on actual weight or volume whichever is more and number of
boxes. In order to serve our customers better, we will always try to ship your
order in one box. We strictly follow UPS or FEDEX guidelines & standards
for shipping charges.
2. SHIPPING CHARGE IS OVER-ESTIMATED IN OUR SYSTEM. PLEASE BE INFORMED THAT WE ALWAYS REDUCE SHIPPING CHARGES BASED ON THE ACTUAL WEIGHT OR VOLUME WEIGHT OF THE BOX, STRICTLY FOLLOWING THE UPS/FEDEX GUIDELINES. WE DO NOT MAKE ANY MONEY ON SHIPPING.
3. Cantepore Inc. will fulfill all orders within 3 business days unless notified otherwise. We does not ship orders on Saturday, Sunday, or national public holidays.
4. All packages will be safely packaged for shipping. Our staff is trained to handle all products with utmost care possible. Glassware will be double checked and given extra protection with bubble-wrap before going out for final delivery.
5. All shipping charges are non-refundable.
6. Please report all damages (if any) to Cantepore Inc. within 1 week of delivery date via email. After a one-week period, the damage report will not be accepted.
7. Please be informed that all persons signing for packages must be over the age of 21.
8. If you're placing an order by credit card, you credit card will not be charged until we ship your item.
9. Customers are responsible for following their local, state and country laws.
10. Cantepore Inc. is not responsible for transit delays by any shipping carrier.
